Your response to any test at any level or season in your life matters. The response matters because it determines your positioning during and after the test.
Faith in the midst of adversity
Everyone has a fair share of adversity in life, but how we respond to the adverse situations is what determines the next phase of life that we experience. Some come out alive, and others simply never make it out.
God is Wisdom and Understanding
Wisdom is the ability to tell between right and wrong. Understanding on the other hand seeks search as to ask questions that help you know why it is right or wrong.
Money is Spiritual
Never declare that what you have is small or not enough. Money is spiritual; it’s not that coin or note in your pocket, wallet or bank account.
He moves beyond your planning: Expect to be transformed!
I have noticed that the greatest encounters come when you least expect God to do something. People are good at planning things and following traditions, but God as I know Him, works in and outside traditions as He pleases.
Acknowledge Him!
There is so much good that has happened in our lives so much so that we ought to pause at times and reflect on the good things. Especially when the world is so zoned in on the bad things taking place. Everyone has something good to look back on and acknowledge God for.
Avoid distractions!
God told Joshua to move forward as he had much more for him ahead than where he was. And all Joshua needed was courage at that moment.
Your Life is a Ministry
When you realize that your life is a ministry that begins with your union with God, you start to be deliberate about how you live. Our real ministry in life starts with a journey in union with God, then later continues with other people benefiting from it. This is made possible because of the Holy Spirit. Through the inspiration of the Holy Spirit, you are enlightened and instructed such that the things you accomplish are packaged with the light and nature of God that speak to others (minister to others) in a meaningful way. “John 7:37-39 On the last and greatest day of the festival, Jesus stood and said in a loud voice, “Let anyone who is thirsty come to me and drink. Whoever believes in me, as Scripture has said, rivers of living water will flow from within them. â€By this, He meant the Spirit, whom those who believed in Him were later to receive. Up to that time the Spirit had not been given, since Jesus had not yet been glorified.” This fellowship with the Holy Spirit has to be natural. It has to be encouraged for rivers of living water to flow out of you. These are rivers of various kinds of results, in different facets of life. You are where you are because Jesus Christ wants to minister through you in that sphere of influence or vocation. For you to make an impact or have a meaningful influence you have to fellowship with the Holy Spirit in your spare time. Some people are frustrated or not happy with where they are only because they have not begun to live out their purpose in that arena of life that they have been given. Your life is not only about getting a job, starting a business, or achieving what you desire. But it is about achieving the vision of God for your life. That is why your fellowship with the Holy Spirit is important. Imagine what it means when; Jesus said, “I am the vine, you are the branches. He who abides in Me, and I in him, bears much fruit; for without Me, you can do nothing. John 15:5 He really means exactly what He said. If there is anybody who does not only talk the talk but walks the talk, it is Jesus. Whatever He says goes. It doesn’t matter what you do and how much you do it, Jesus Christ said, as long as you are devoid of Him, you will not be able to do anything. If the motivation behind it is anything other than Him. Nothing will come of it. He is the vine and you are the branch. A branch on a tree cannot survive without a trunk. A time comes when you realize that your life is meant to be for the benefit of others (ministry) not just for you to make money, fame, power, achieve high things, and get accolades from man. No! It’s for the enrichment of souls as they watch and see God working in their life. And you can bet that people are always watching. Even when they do not say anything. So do it for something beyond yourself. Because “It is more blessed to give than to receive.” In Acts 20:35 Paul emphasized this point saying, “In everything I did, I showed you that by this kind of hard work we must help the weak, remembering the words the Lord Jesus himself said: ‘It is more blessed to give than to receive†which teaches that there is joy in the act of giving when it is done with pure motives. A time comes when you become the change that the world wishes to see. The solution provider. The influencer, the deliverer of mankind from their problems. That time could be here and now for you! As you journey in fellowship with the Holy Spirit, the promise of Jesus is that when you come to Him “out of your belly will flow rivers of living water”. You will dispense life, hope, faith, love, and tangible results that change lives. By the ministry of the Holy Spirit, you will produce excellent results whilst you will be divinely enabled and nothing will be impossible to you. What are you waiting for? Go on and be the light the world has waited to see. Jesus is counting on you. Let Him in and let Him flow out of you and reach others through you. God Bless!
Trust in the Lord with all your heart
When the bible instructs you to trust in the Lord with all your heart, what does this really mean for a believer of Jesus Christ? Here is what it means. God lives in heaven and He seats on the throne from where He reigns. There are things that happen to us that He may allow, yet even when those things are meant for our harm by others, God turns them into stepping stones for our own good. When Daniel was thrown into the lion’s den, He trusted God to be in control. This was a moment of putting all His trust that God would take deliver Him. Imagine that you are at times afraid of vicious dogs when they come after you. I believe is we were all placed in the midst of lions it would be a moment of truth. A moment that would test our faith to the highest. Yet Daniel put all His trust in God taking control of that particular situation. Daniel 6:16 Don’t you ever think for one day that God will leave you alone? Don’t believe this lie. God never leaves you helpless. Even when it seems like your offenders are making progress and advancing at your demise because they took advantage of you. Just remember that all things work out for your good. Daniel was thrown into the den of lions but no hurt came upon him. They cornered him, and when you have no clue what to do and they think they have cornered you. God will make sure you come out victorious. Just say these words, “God is in control”. Victory is the identity of the one who believes in God. Even when the situation or people seem to corner you God has to be glorified all the time. Always thank God that He is in control when you receive unfavorable news. The fate of all human lives is in God’s hands. Exodus 14:13 “And Moses said unto the people fear ye not, stand still and see the salvation of the Lord; which He will show to you today: For the Egyptians whom you have seen today. You shall see them no more again forever.” Egyptians are not people only. They are also forces that can fight you through situations that can be turned against you. However, opposing the forces wedged against you may be, when you say “God is in control”, they will not prevail. This is how reliable God is. More reliable than any human promise one can ever make to you. Exodus 14:14 “The Lord shall fight for you and you shall hold your peace.”God will fight for you because He is in control. All you have to do is to put your faith in His ability to do what He says He would do. 1 John 5:4 AMP ” For everyone born of God is victorious and overcomes the world. This is the victory that has conquered and overcomes the world and overcomes the world–[our, continuing, persistent] faith [in Jesus the Son of God].” When the word of God says “whatsoever is born of God overcomes the world”, it means everything that comes from one who believes in Him, has overcome. it has nothing to do with what will be happening in your area or sphere of contact because when you start anything, it is automatically born of God and through it, you have overcome the world. When you do this God automatically has permission to influence your life in the right direction. Let God guide you today and forever.
What God did for all mankind
Your life today is already done as far as God is concerned. And God never gets surprised by what we go through whether good or bad as we probably would. Rather He would like us to always be in fellowship with Him in the Kingdom of Heaven such that we can enjoy that which He has already done. The reason man has this spirit called belief is because of the spirit of faith. You are not trying to get it or make it happen but you’ve received it whether you see it or you don’t. Hebrews 11:1 “Now, Faith is the substance of things hoped for the evidence of things not seen”. God’s plan for all mankind God already preordained our lives on earth for good things. Knowing that whatever we desire, hope for, want, and need is possible. Just because it’s God’s will doesn’t mean it’s automatic. Mankind has willpower also that can block God’s will from taking effect. God has always wanted us to live by faith because, in the spiritual realm, there are things you already have that you may or may not have witnessed in the physical right where you are. The one way to access or bring them to manifest in the physical is by accepting that they exist and taking the necessary steps to access them or bring them to life. Think about it. What kind of a God would ever want you to have bad things or nothing good for you? None, except the ‘god of this world’, the devil! Because with God, whatever He created is for good. He made it so that He can enjoy its existence, even just by looking at it. That is why at the beginning of the creation of the earth it says, “And God saw that the light was good (pleasing, useful) and He affirmed it and sustained it”. Genesis 1:4 There is a lot God has already done for you that awaits your taking. God has given it to mankind to take advantage of what God has already done on the earth. Yet not all of mankind lives in what God has done already for them. Yet the earth was given to us all. “The heaven, even the heavens are the LORD’S: but the earth hath he gave to the children of men” Psalm 115:16 The earth is yours. Where you are you can have everything you want, as long as you do it by Faith. Because “Faith pleases God” Hebrews 11:6 God has already done it. What is it that you want to have or dream of achieving? Because you wouldn’t have the desire to achieve it if God never wanted you to achieve it. “For it is God which worketh in you both to will and to do of His good pleasure.” Philippians 2:13 Yet also in another place, it says “If you belong to Christ then you are Abraham’s seed and joint heirs according to promise”. Galatians 3:9 Means there is a lot you have that you maybe don’t know of yet or have not accessed because you haven’t tried your Faith. What faith in God can do for you Faith simply accepts that it’s done and takes the necessary actions towards accomplishing it. Despite what will come in the way because the devil will strike. Unrelenting challenges may strike at you but Faith will keep believing, hoping, and seeing it come to pass. It is not swayed by whatever happens. It truly hopes for the outcome or result which is desired. The fight is no longer to get it but to get past the obstacles the devil puts in the way of it happening. Because God has already accepted it when you made up your mind to have it.”Fight the good fight of faith” 1Timothy 6:12 Faith is the fuel that will keep you going. All you need to do is to know that God has done everything He could ever do for all mankind, that is why He rested on the Seventh-day at the beginning of His creation of the earth. Even Jesus said, “Verily, verily, I say unto thee, Except a man be born of water and [of] the Spirit, he cannot enter into the kingdom of God.” John 3:5 Until you’re born again you cannot enjoy what God has done for all mankind. Being born again is the beginning of enjoying fully what God has prepared for you to enjoy in your life. Make the most of it, don’t waste any more time in your life without living for God’s desire for you. God Bless. Learn how to fight using faith here
