40 Powerful Prayer Declarations for Fertility

Infertility is a journey many women walk through quietly, carrying the weight in silence. People may not understand, and when time passes without a child, some may label you as barren, whisper behind your back, or even give you advice that wounds more than it heals.

But here’s the hope you can hold on to: in Scripture, every woman who was once called barren eventually held her own child—except Michal, who mocked her husband David. This is God’s gentle reminder to us that He is the final word, the sure solution, and the One who turns mourning into joy. What feels impossible to man is always possible with God. Understand your identity in Christ and hold onto His word.

The bible in ‭Exodus 23:26 says None shall lose her young by miscarriage or be barren in your land; I will fulfill the number of your days. ‭Exodus 23:26 AMPC‬. God also tells us in Psalm 113:6 that He makes the barren woman to be a joyful mother.

These declarations, when repeated over and over, can be used to replace what society or Google has said about what is possible with the Word of God.

Here are scriptural declarations for fertility, against barrenness, and trusting God for children:

  1. I am blessed and fruitful. I will increase in number, fill the earth, and subdue it (Genesis 1:28).

    2. The Lord blesses me and gives me the gift of children, just as He promised (Genesis 17:16).

    3. Nothing is too hard for the Lord. At the appointed time, I will rejoice in my testimony (Genesis 18:14).

    4. The Lord is gracious to me and fulfills His promises. Just as Sarah conceived, so shall I (Genesis 21:1–2).

    5. As I worship the Lord my God, He blesses my bread and water. Sickness, miscarriage, and barrenness are far from me (Exodus 23:25–26).
