Forgiveness is deliverance from mental slavery

“Don’t seek revenge or carry a grudge against any of your people. Love your neighbor as yourself. I am GOD.” ‭‭Leviticus‬ ‭19:18‬ ‭MSG‬‬

Many of us have been hurt in ways unimaginable. Most of us by those closest to us, those we trusted the most. You may feel betrayed, abused or taken advantage of. This reminds me of the many things we have done or continue to do everyday that does not please God, and yet He extends grace towards us. I want to encourage you today, to extend the same grace towards those that have hurt you. The same grace we have received through Christ, that while we were yet sinners, He died for us. Do not try to seek revenge, remember, it is God who fights your battles. Choose love, choose forgiveness.

About

Our vision is to share what we have learnt over the years and are still learning, from our personal relationships with God. Our Christian lives have been nothing short of the presence of God full of power, encounter, challenges, lessons and victories that have proven the faithfulness of God. Having Faith in God, we have proven the credibility of His word, and His love for us, and known Him close enough that we cannot but share with you this wonderful life that came by grace and truth found in Jesus Christ.

Receive Jesus Christ Today

Thank you, Heavenly Father, for Jesus Christ who died for my sins on the cross. I believe that He is the Son of God, who died, was raised, and lives today. I confess all my sins. Forgive me, Lord. From today, I surrender my life to You and take on the life of Christ. In Jesus’ Name, Amen.
